About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Branch Assistant to join our team at Quay Plastics. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our trade counters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
  • Assist with health and safety compliance and ensure a safe working environment for all staff and customers.
  • Support with multi-drop deliveries and work with the Branch Manager to achieve branch performance targets.
  • Provide cover in the branch when required and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • A friendly and welcoming attitude, with energy and passion to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Good organisational skills and be IT literate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full valid driving license is essential, with a forklift truck license being preferable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a driving role or trade counter environment would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
