Job Title: Head of Health and Safety

CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Health and Safety to join our team. As a pivotal member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy around Safety, Security, Health, Environment, and quality functions throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of SSHEQ policies, procedures, and culture programs across the business to ensure the integrated management systems (IMS) are effective on all projects and locations.
  • Identify and implement innovative practices and technologies to enhance SSHEQ performance.
  • Work closely with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of SSHEQ governance and enhance our industry reputation.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
