Health, Safety and Biosafety (HSBS) Administrator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health, Safety and Biosafety (HSBS) Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HSBS team, ensuring the smooth operation of our safety and environmental duties.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to the HSBS team, including managing an asset bank, coordinating training, and maintaining document management systems
* Assist with the collection of data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs)
* Maintain the HSBS Asset bank and arrange for the routine calibration of equipment
* Act as 'Curator' for training modules held on our training management platform
* Assist with the organization of recurrent meetings and take minutes as necessary
* Monitor and maintain the stocks in the HSBS 'Ergonomic equipment bank'

**Requirements**

* Experience of working with Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
* Experience of working in a health, safety and/or biosafety function
* Experience of managing an asset bank
* Full training for this role will be provided, but experience of performing the above tasks or similar will be an advantage
