Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical expertise and input into the care of patients within our hospital, supporting the pharmacy department to deliver an excellent medicine management service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pharmaceutical expertise and input into patient care
  • Supervise the procurement, preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medicines
  • Assume responsibility for clinical services as identified
  • Facilitate the daily running of the pharmacy department
Requirements:
  • GPHC Registered Pharmacist
  • Newly qualified or overseas pharmacist with GPHC registration
  • Desire to develop clinical skills and experience
