About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Monmouth Scientific Limited. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and Servicing: You will be responsible for installing and servicing our range of laboratory equipment, ensuring that it is properly commissioned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Customer Support: You will provide technical support and training to our customers, helping them to get the most out of our equipment and ensuring that they are satisfied with our service.
  • Documentation: You will be responsible for completing all necessary documentation, including service reports and customer records.
  • Health and Safety: You will adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements
