nGenium is a leading company in the field of high-tech chemistry equipment. We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Engineer to join our team. As a Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end service solutions from installation and commissioning to maintenance, service, and repair of high-tech chemistry equipment in Cambridgeshire.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Installation: Install high-tech chemistry equipment, ensuring all safety protocols and quality standards are met.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to OEM training guidelines, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment performance.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and offering expert advice on equipment usage and optimization.
  • Technical Assistance: Offer technical support via phone calls and email, providing timely and effective resolutions to client inquiries and issues.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, enabling you to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Field Service Experience: Hold a minimum of 2+ years of field service experience working on laboratory, scientific, or medical equipment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Driving License: Possess a full clean driving license and an unrestricted right to work in the UK.
  • Educational Background: Hold an educational background in a scientific or engineering field, with relevant certifications and qualifications.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
