About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Research and Insights to lead our research and development team at Vanilla Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement research strategies to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Lead a team of researchers and analysts to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into business strategies
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in research and development
Requirements
  • Proven experience in research and development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality insights and recommendations
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
