We are seeking a highly skilled Chemistry Research Scientist to join our team at Concrete4Change. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting research and development in the field of chemistry, with a focus on cement and concrete chemistry.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and development in the field of chemistry, with a focus on cement and concrete chemistry.
- Develop and implement new technologies and processes to improve the performance and sustainability of concrete.
- Collaborate with our technical team to design and execute experiments, and to analyze and interpret data.
- Manage and maintain our chemical laboratory, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Contribute to the development of grant proposals and research projects, and to the management of our research portfolio.
- BSc and PhD in Chemistry (or relevant advanced research experience).
- Demonstratable understanding of organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry.
- Experience with cement chemistry.
