Job Description

This full-time position involves:

  • Leading the development and implementation of our PE curriculum, focusing on athletic development and strength conditioning.
  • Working closely with the Assistant Director of Sport (Performance) to design and deliver individual training programs for gifted and talented pupils.
  • Delivering practical sessions in PE lessons, focusing on athletic development for students aged 7-11.
  • Developing and implementing a strength and conditioning program for the school's sports teams.
  • Liaising with parents, staff, and external clubs and organizations to provide an appropriate rehabilitation pathway for injured pupils.

Required Qualifications and Experience

We require a UKSCA-accredited professional with experience in delivering PE lessons, strength and conditioning programs, and working with performance athletes. A proven track record in promoting physical activity and health-related fitness, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential.
