As a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth research to resolve technical issues and provide solutions to clients.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications and solutions to support client needs.
- Collaborate with Service Desk colleagues to investigate and resolve technical incidents.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT, including Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure 365, SQL, Hyper-V, and Enterprise storage technologies.
Requirements:
- Active Directory experience.
- Windows Server expertise.
- Azure 365 knowledge.
- SQL skills to a moderate level.
- Hyper-V or VMWare experience.
- Enterprise storage technologies, including SAN, knowledge.
