Job Overview

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience working in IT and a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £21,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a team, possess good communication and organisational skills, and have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General desktop support
  • Hardware and Software installation and upgrades
  • Setting up new users and closing down old accounts
  • Networking
  • Management of printers
  • Backup recovery
  • Understanding of all new software
  • Manage wireless network
  • Dealing with queries through the IT ticket board
  • Setting up desks
  • Supporting offsite users
  • Setting up and managing mobile phones for the company
  • IT asset management
  • Day-to-day management of Microsoft 365 accounts
  • Management of VoIP system

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Mimecast services
  • Knowledge of online form building
  • Knowledge of recruitment CRMs
