About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at VW Commercial Droitwich. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for supplying VW parts to the general public, trade customers, and our own workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-picking parts for workshop job cards and picking parts for customer orders
- Checking availability of stock from various enquiries
- Developing customer relationships through providing good product knowledge and creating an effective first impression
- Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished
- Handling warranty claims processing and completing relevant administration
- Developing knowledge of our premium VW products
About You
- Previous experience working as a parts advisor within a dealership or motor factor knowledge in a similar role
- Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers
- Proactive, sales-driven, and maintain an outstanding level of customer service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
