Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Management Assistant to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare the monthly management accounts, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain the fixed asset register, manage the weekly supplier payment and payroll process, and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist the Management Accountant in the preparation of the annual budgets and forecasts, and provide financial insights to inform business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems, preferably Sage X3 and Sage payroll.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to go the extra distance to make a difference.
