About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Assistant to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Management Accountant in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare monthly journals, including accruals and prepayments, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage the weekly supplier payment and payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Assist the Management Accountant in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Experience with accounting systems, preferably Sage X3 and Sage payroll.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a dynamic and enthusiastic attitude.
