Primary SEN Learning Support Teacher

This role is for a dedicated and passionate SEN teacher to support students with Autism and Asperger's Syndrome in a specialist primary school.
The school, based in Horley, Surrey, caters to students aged 6-11 years who require additional support. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working collaboratively to provide a supportive learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include contributing to the delivery and development of the curriculum, setting and monitoring personalized targets, and reporting on student progress to parents and senior staff.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining knowledge through training and research to optimize learning outcomes for each student.
The successful candidate will possess a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification, along with relevant experience in supporting students with ASD, SEMH, and PDA profiles.
Salary: £150-£220 per day (MPS/UPS + SEN allowance) + £5000 joining bonus
