**Job Introduction**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our management team at Listers in Northampton. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve sales targets.

The successful individual will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance and opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Motivate and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
