Job Description

Location: Crewe, CW1 6EG

Salary: Up to £45,000 (achieved through base salary and commission)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm (Office based)

The role of a Sales Executive at Radius Payment Solutions Limited involves growing the business by communicating with existing customers about our business Mastercard (Velos) solution.

You will utilise inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and support our customers through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing Radius fuel card customers to inform them about our business Mastercard - 'Velos', explaining to them how Velos can benefit their business
  • Supporting customers through the sales process from credit applications, and activations - helping them to get up and running with their product
  • Maintaining a positive relationship between Radius and our customers
  • Drive conversation to understand customer requirements, potential issues, wants and needs
  • Work towards achievable sales targets and be financially rewarded to support the ongoing growth of this fast-growing division

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales environment where you've had to work to sales targets
  • Good communication skills and confident telephone manner
  • Driven approach to meet and exceed expectations of our customers and reach your targets
  • Display agility to be flexible and open to customer feedback and new ways of working
