Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Hardware Engineer

Cure Talent is proud to partner with a leading medical device company specializing in the design, development, and manufacture of cutting-edge medical safety equipment.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to join our multidisciplinary and highly collaborative R&D team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and documenting electrical systems for complex electromechanical medical machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead system and subsystem-level designs, applying engineering principles and techniques to bring innovative new products to market.
  • Work across the full product development lifecycle, from concept to validation, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
  • Manage multiple projects, including report generation, and provide technical guidance to project teams.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and quality engineers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 5+ years of system-level experience, including electrical, mechanical, and systems processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, including report generation.
  • Leadership experience in managing schedules, resources, and providing technical guidance to project teams.
  • Experience with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) and serviceability.
  • Familiarity with controlling electro-mechanical devices (motors, solenoids, heaters) and understanding machine electrical hardware (wiring, connectors, power management).
