Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary and highly collaborative R&D team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and documenting electrical systems for complex electromechanical medical machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead system and subsystem-level designs, applying engineering principles and techniques to bring innovative new products to market.
  • Work across the full product development lifecycle, from concept to validation, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
  • Manage multiple projects, including report generation, and provide technical guidance to project teams.
  • Develop and implement Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) and serviceability strategies.
  • Design and develop electrical systems, including controlling electro-mechanical devices and understanding machine electrical hardware.
  • Create requirements and test procedures for electrical systems and printed circuit board assemblies, adhering to medical electrical standards and regulated industry design control processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 5+ years of system-level experience, including electrical, mechanical, and systems processes.
  • Strong communication skills and leadership experience in managing schedules, resources, and project teams.
  • Experience with medical electrical standards and regulated industry design control processes.
