About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As an Underwriter, you will play a key role in managing and mitigating risks associated with claims.

  • We offer a highly competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job: Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. ">
  2. Assisting in the maintenance and updating of the Underwriting System.">
  3. Conducting technical underwriting guides, endorsements, referrals from the trading teams, and risk and underwriting technical controls.">
  4. Focusing on underwriting quality by conducting QA, large case/claim reviews, and reviewing and updating exception reports.">
  5. Contributing to group transformation projects, assisting in migrating product specifications, and building products from a technical underwriting perspective.">
  6. Building and maintaining relationships with all teammates and the wider group.">
  7. Ensuring technical documentation is compliant with regulatory and binder requirements.">
  8. Responding to internal referrals from Trading and Claims teammates.">
  9. Assisting in testing changes made within systems to ensure compliance.">
  10. Assisting with data and MI analysis for performance reports to ensure targets are met.">

About You: To be considered for this role, you should have previous Underwriting experience, ideally within the Commercial or Property sectors.
