Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Coordinator to join our team at Semester.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience).

This role is responsible for coordinating digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in digital tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate digital project planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation
  • Analyze project progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent project management skills and certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technologies (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
