We are seeking a dedicated Customer Project Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel in Burnley. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in key customer conversations and project intake management, ensuring seamless order management, data processing, client quotation logging, supply chain management, and product delivery.

Key responsibilities will consist of:

  1. Coordinate production and delivery of custom, tailor-made products
  2. Work closely with production teams to ensure order accuracy
  3. Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the order process
  4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  5. Monitor and update order status in the company's system
  6. Collaborate with sales team to achieve customer satisfaction
  7. Ensure all procedures adhere to company standards and regulations
  8. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

A successful Customer Coordinator should have:

  • A background in I&C field within customer functions
  • Strong telephony professional manner & ability
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using business software and systems
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team
