Main Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of local and national agendas for health under the guidance of the team lead / ward manager.
  • Prioritise care delivery in a professional manner, taking into account Trust policies and procedures.
  • Act as an advocate for patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction, ensuring care is delivered that meets NICE guidance and standards.

Person Specification

  • Registered Healthcare Professional with relevant Professional body (1st Level Nurse/ NMC or Physiotherapist; Occupational Therapist; etc / HCPC)
  • Experience of recent community/acute healthcare gained through education or work experience placement or previous employment
