Job Overview:
We are seeking 4 skilled Service Desk Agents to join Fujitsu's 1st line support team in Wakefield.
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues and responding to customer inquiries.
You will work in a fast-paced service desk environment, handling phone calls, web chats, and other digital interactions, while maintaining high levels of service quality and adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
