Patient Experience Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to lead and drive improvements to the patient experience at Spire Shawfair Park Hospital.
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating complaints, leading the complaints process, and ensuring that the views of patients and customers are used to guide and inform the provision of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complaints in conjunction with the Hospital Director and Director of Clinical Services.
- Lead the complaints process when being interviewed by the Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) or internal clinical reviews.
- Ensure that the views of patients and customers are used to guide and inform the provision of services.
- Ensure that results from patient satisfaction surveys are discussed at the Clinical Governance Committee.
Requirements:
- Experience of dealing with patients and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working within a healthcare setting.
