Ideal Candidate Profile
This role presents an exciting chance to work closely with senior management to cultivate a positive and ambitious culture that champions effective safeguarding practices and eliminates barriers to learning.
We seek safeguarding professionals who can devise strategies and offer guidance to senior leaders, ensuring a transparent and secure environment where all members can voice their concerns.
As a Regional Child Protection and Safeguarding Specialist, you will be assigned to various schools within designated regions, requiring flexibility in travel as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in managing intricate child protection cases and the ability to foster effective partnerships with both internal and external entities.
- A successful history of driving organizational change and experience in collaborative, multi-agency environments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current safeguarding practices and the necessary skills to fulfill the role effectively.
- The ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
