Ideal Candidate
This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior management in cultivating a positive and ambitious culture that prioritizes excellent safeguarding practices and removes barriers to learning.
We seek safeguarding professionals capable of devising strategies and offering guidance to senior leaders, fostering an open and secure environment where all stakeholders can voice their concerns.
As a Regional Child Protection and Safeguarding Specialist, you will be assigned to various institutions within designated regions, necessitating flexibility in travel as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in managing intricate child protection cases and establishing effective partnerships with both internal and external entities.
- A demonstrated history of driving organizational change and experience in collaborative, multi-agency environments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current safeguarding practices and the necessary skills to fulfill the role effectively.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
