Ideal Candidate Profile
This is a remarkable opportunity to collaborate with senior management in cultivating a positive and ambitious culture that champions exemplary safeguarding practices and eliminates barriers to education.
We seek safeguarding professionals who can devise strategies and offer counsel to senior leaders, ensuring a transparent and secure environment where all parties can voice their concerns.
As a Regional Child Protection and Safeguarding Specialist, you will be assigned to various academies within designated regions, necessitating flexibility in travel as required.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in managing intricate child protection cases and the ability to foster effective partnerships with both internal and external entities.
- A successful history of driving organizational change and experience in collaborative, multi-agency environments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current safeguarding practices and the skills necessary to excel in this role.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
