Who We Are Seeking
This role presents an exciting chance to work closely with senior management to cultivate a positive and ambitious culture that enhances safeguarding practices by eliminating obstacles to learning.
We are in search of safeguarding professionals who can devise strategies and offer guidance to senior leaders, ensuring the establishment of a transparent and secure environment where all parties can voice their concerns.
As a Regional Child Protection and Safeguarding Specialist, you will be assigned to various schools within designated regions, necessitating flexibility in travel as required.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in managing intricate child protection cases and the ability to forge and sustain effective partnerships with both internal and external entities.
- A proven history of driving organizational change and experience in collaborative, multi-agency environments.
- Current knowledge of safeguarding practices and the necessary skills to fulfill the role effectively.
- The ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
