About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Gardening Operations Manager to join our team at Sungardening. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our residential garden maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and time standards are met.
  • Proactively manage the maintenance teams, reports, and communication.
  • Supervise and execute general garden maintenance, including pruning, fertilizing, and other horticultural tasks.
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment.
  • Cover and support teams during annual leave and sick leave as required.
  • Attend and report in fortnightly management meetings.
  • Plan, price, and supervise small landscape improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in high-end residential garden maintenance and soft landscaping, with a management or team leader role.
  • Knowledge of garden maintenance operations and horticulture.
  • Desirable: RHS Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Driving license.
