Job Summary

As a Senior Gardening Operations Manager at Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gardening team. This includes conducting site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and time standards are met. You will also be responsible for covering and supporting teams during annual leave and sick leave as required. Additionally, you will attend and report in fortnightly management meetings and plan, price, and supervise small landscape improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Experience in high-end residential garden maintenance and soft landscaping, with a management or team leader role
* Desirable: RHS Level 2 or equivalent
* Driving license
