Job Title: Weekend Gardener

Job Type: Full-time

4Site Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Weekend Gardener to join their team in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the appearance of our client's gardens meets or exceeds expectations and that RSL's goals of excellent client service are always achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carrying out various garden tasks as requested, including care of equipment and tools, and following instructions as required.
  2. Maintaining a clean work area and following all safety guidelines.
  3. Communicating regularly with the Maintenance Team Leader regarding day-to-day maintenance operations, including reporting any unusual conditions.
  4. Ensuring high standards of work and attention to detail.
  5. Developing effective employee, client, and public relations.

Requirements:

  1. Basic knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in horticultural operations.
  2. Ability to take and follow instructions.
  3. Minimum 1 year experience in residential garden maintenance and a love of working outdoors.
  4. Possession of horticultural qualifications is desirable.
  5. Possession of PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates is desirable.
  6. Possession of a UK driving license is desirable.
