Home Support Worker for Young Adult with Learning Disabilities

About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Home Support Worker in providing care and support to a young lady with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the individual with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities.
- Assisting with outings to various locations such as train museums, stately homes, and other places of interest.
- Providing transportation using a company-provided car.
- Working closely with the client's existing support team to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or additional needs.
- Ability to provide personal care and support.
- Female applicants only due to the requirement for assistance with personal care.
- BSL users welcome but not essential.
Schedule and Pay:
Alternate weekends, Saturday and Sunday, 9.00am - 4.30pm (15 hours every 2 weeks).
£16.63 per hour.
5.6 weeks' holiday pro-rata.
Village Location:
Easily accessible from the A1.
