Disability Care Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an Autism Support Worker to join our dedicated team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for supporting children with profound and multiple learning disabilities, severe learning difficulties, and complex medical needs.
In this role, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education and care plans that cater to each student's unique needs.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of autism and will be able to develop effective strategies to support students in achieving their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Use specialist equipment and techniques to support students' learning and development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents/guardians to ensure effective communication and support.
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Experience working with children or young adults with complex needs in an educational or care setting.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
- Competitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
