Asbestos Surveyor Job Description: 

Panoramic Associates requires a highly competent Surveyor of Hazardous Materials for a 12-month interim contract.

 Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct asbestos management and refurbishment surveys in various buildings, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements.
  • Supervise asbestos remediation projects to guarantee adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with licensed contractors to manage asbestos removal projects.
  • Perform quality assurance checks for asbestos management to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Undertake ad-hoc asbestos removal tasks as required.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout surveys and report writing.
  • Exhibit expertise in asbestos surveying and analysis.
  • Display strong knowledge of asbestos-related legislation and compliance.
  • Highlight the importance of project management experience within the asbestos sector.
 Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in asbestos surveying and analysis.
  • Good understanding of asbestos-related legislation and compliance.
