Housing Liaison Coordinator

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions, feedback, and resolutions, to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Collaborating with the project team to minimize disruption to residents, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made in advance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. You should also have a solid understanding of property maintenance and construction processes, as well as relevant regulations. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
We offer a competitive salary up to £32k + package, including car allowance and 8% pension, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
