With a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills, work with a talented team, and enjoy a generous range of benefits, including 29 days holiday, training and development, and access to our state-of-the-art gym and pools.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing food and sundry costs through rigorous stock control measures.
  • Analyse and present monthly profit and loss commentaries, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support daily and weekly payroll and food cost analysis, ensuring optimal performance and correcting overspends within the trading period.
  • Develop a multi-skilled culinary team that delivers payroll flexibility with minimal tiers.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility during key service periods, focusing on attention to detail and culinary delivery.
  • Prioritise customer needs, providing personalised service and driving a guest-centric culture.

About You:

  • A clear and influencing communicator, able to interact effectively across all levels.
  • A sales and profit-driven mentality, with a focus on achieving targets.
  • A coaching and supporting mentality, driving operational results and creating an open environment.
  • Able to identify and manage resources to achieve targets.
  • A Food Safety Management and Professional Cookery qualification at level 2 or above.
