**Position: Experienced Cocktail Bartender / Mixologist with Whisky Knowledge**

**Location: Loch Rannoch Hotel, a 4-Star Country House Hotel in Scotland**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft a wide range of high-quality cocktails with precision and creativity, ensuring each drink meets the hotel’s standards of excellence.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of whisky, including but not limited to Scottish single malts, blends, and international varieties, and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
- Develop and update the bar’s cocktail menu in collaboration with the management team, incorporating seasonal ingredients and the latest mixology trends.
- Conduct whisky tastings and cocktail making classes for guests, providing insightful information about the origins, production processes, and tasting notes of different whiskies.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and stock control of spirits, liquors, and bar supplies, ensuring the bar is well-equipped at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Train and mentor junior bar staff, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of learning and excellence within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cocktail bartender or mixologist, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end bar environment.
- Creativity and innovation in cocktail preparation and presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
