**Higher Education Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Canine and Equine academic team and grow our provision. This post is ideal for an experienced lecturer looking to advance their career.

As part of the Academic Management Team, you will work under the guidance of the Assistant Dean of Higher Education to oversee curriculum delivery and student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help achieve the UCR strategic plan and vision to establish ourselves as a leading provider of land-based higher education
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders and colleagues to enhance operations and develop new curriculum offerings
  • Teach undergraduate courses
  • Lead a small team of academic instructors, requiring prior leadership and management experience
  • Take primary responsibility for improving KPIs in specific areas of programme activity

Salary:** £35,665 - £40,926 per year (L12-L16)
