Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team. As a Care and Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to older adults in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to clients, including personal support and companionship
  • Assist with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being
Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
