We are seeking a highly experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as Senior Nursing Leadership Manager. This role will involve working closely with the Locality Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality care is delivered within the locality services.

The successful candidate will promote a culture of learning and openness, ensuring clinical staff have the knowledge, capability, systems, and support to deliver evidence-based care and embed lessons learned in practice for the improvement of patient experience.

Key responsibilities will include providing professional leadership to the locality nursing workforce, promoting a culture of quality and safety, and developing strategies to improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a track record of achievement in influencing colleagues and partners to deliver high-quality care.

With a passion for improving outcomes and a focus on equity and inclusion, the successful candidate will be an inspirational and compassionate leader who will develop their teams to provide outstanding care. A salary of £74,290 to £85,601 per annum is offered for this challenging and rewarding role.
