We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Borough Therapy Lead. The successful candidate will provide a highly specialised clinical psychology service to Hillingdon CAMHS, working closely with the service's general management to contribute to clinical policies and procedures.
As a key member of the local Senior Management Team, the post holder will lead the service line Care Quality and Performance Group (CQPMG) agenda, working closely with the Service Manager, Team Manager, and Clinical Lead (Psychiatry). The successful candidate will also supervise and support the psychological assessment and therapy provided by other psychologists and clinical members of the team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, with experience of working with a wide variety of client groups across the whole life course. They will also have a proven track record of teaching, training, and professional supervision, as well as experience of representing psychology within a multi-disciplinary care setting.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to articulate the value added by clinical psychology services within the context of multi-disciplinary mental health services. They will also have a strong commitment to continuing professional development, with evidence of ongoing training and education in clinical psychology.

Key Responsibilities- Provide a highly specialised clinical psychology service to Hillingdon CAMHS, working closely with the service's general management to contribute to clinical policies and procedures.
- Lead the service line Care Quality and Performance Group (CQPMG) agenda, working closely with the Service Manager, Team Manager, and Clinical Lead (Psychiatry).

- Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuro-psychology.
- HCPC Registration as Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
- Experience of working with a wide variety of client groups across the whole life course.
- Proven track record of teaching, training, and professional supervision.
- Experience of representing psychology within a multi-disciplinary care setting.
- Strong commitment to continuing professional development, with evidence of ongoing training and education in clinical psychology.
