We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Counter Disinformation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our evaluation department, you will play a critical role in assessing progress towards our goals and making recommendations for future programming.


Job Description


The Senior Counter Disinformation Expert will be responsible for conducting a thorough evaluation of our counter GID program in Poland, Armenia, and Georgia. This will involve analyzing primary data, including project proposals and reports, conducting stakeholder interviews, and gathering survey data. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality evaluations in the international development sector and experience working with civil society organizations with diverse stakeholders and cultural backgrounds.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • 10+ years of experience in program evaluation, with a focus on counter disinformation and gender-related issues
  • Demonstrated expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and interpretation
  • Familiarity with communications and campaigning related programming
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
