Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional to drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programme management, with a track record of delivering large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
