Job Title: Programme Coordinator

Circet UK is seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to join our team. As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule assignments to meet project deadlines.
  • Manage materials logistics with partners and customers to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers, sales, and operations on fixed bid projects.
  • Prepare and submit customer-required status reports and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate large buildouts and infrastructure refreshes.
  • Interface with Project Managers and customer representatives.
  • Initiate and monitor scheduling of completion dates.
  • Update databases to track jobs.
  • Resolve customer concerns.
Requirements:
  • One-year proven experience in an admin role.
  • Proven experience of working within a full project life cycle.
  • A good understanding of project governance and control.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn various systems.
  • Complex problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Customer services skills.
  • Technical knowledge or basic telecom experience advantageous.
  • Exceptional ability to analyse data and utilise it to make sound business decisions.
  • Conflict management and resolution skills.
  • Ability to organise and manage multiple, and at times competing priorities.
  • Ability to work within a dynamic team setting and provide role model leadership to Circet's workforce.
