Circet UK is seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to join their Project team. As a dedicated member of the team, the Programme Coordinator will adhere to procedures, focus on producing high-quality service, and be highly productive while mindful of costs.

The Programme Coordinator will execute job plans by coordinating and scheduling assignments, coordinating materials logistics with partners and customers to complete projects on time and within budget. They will act as the single point of contact for customers, sales, and operations on fixed-bid projects, preparing and submitting customer-required status reports and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate large buildouts and infrastructure refreshes.

* Interface with Project Managers and customer representatives.

* Initiate and monitor scheduling of completion dates.

* Continuously update databases to track jobs.

* Resolve customer concerns.

Required Skills and Experience:

* One-year proven experience in an administrative role.

* Proven experience working within a full project life cycle.

* Good understanding of project governance and control.

* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn various systems.

* Complex problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion.

* High attention to detail.

* Customer service skills.

* Technical knowledge or basic telecom experience advantageous.

* Exceptional ability to analyze data and utilize it to make sound business decisions.

* Conflict management and resolution skills - build consensus, anticipate, and solve problems.

* Ability to organize and manage multiple, and at times competing priorities.

* Demonstrate communication skills necessary to interpret policies in situations requiring persuasion and prepare and present presentations.

* Ability to work within a dynamic team setting and provide role model leadership to Circet's workforce.
