Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller – Part Time

Active Washrooms, a leading independent washroom services company, is seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller to join its busy team at the head office in Norwich.

We are looking for an individual with experience working in a fast-paced accounts department environment, who is well-organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and Sage accounting software is essential, along with strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Credit Control
  • Producing month-end reports for the financial director
  • Liaising with the financial director
  • Ad-hoc work as required and other routine administrative tasks
