About the Role

As a Trainee Estate Agent at Spicerhaart, you will embark on a rewarding career in real estate, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and climb the corporate ladder. Based in a bustling neighborhood, you will receive extensive training and support to excel in property sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential homebuyers
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet distribution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Requirements

What We Offer

  • £25,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company car
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
