We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the residential lettings industry, working closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion
Requirements:
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
