Trainee Estate Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at Crux Careers. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will play a key role in assisting our experienced professionals in the Woking property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Key Point of Contact: Provide timely updates and information on available properties, ensuring seamless communication with clients.
  • Accompany Potential Tenants: Accompany potential tenants on property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.
  • Collect and Provide Feedback: Collect and provide feedback to enhance property presentation and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in Negotiations: Assist in preparing and presenting offers, facilitating smooth negotiation processes.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain meticulous records of property listings, client interactions, and negotiation details.
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated on local Lettings market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
